Not financial advice
ChartArrow shows patterns, levels and opinions generated by AI models. They are for information and education only, can be wrong, and are not investment, financial or trading advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any losses.
Accounts
You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure. One person per account.
ChartArrow Pro
Pro costs $19 per month and renews automatically until you cancel. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the first payment is taken on the last day of the trial. You can cancel any time from your account page, and Pro stays active until the end of the paid period. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires it. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we will look at it.
Fair use
Daily limits apply to AI features on every plan. Do not scrape the service, resell its output, share accounts or try to get around the limits.
Availability and changes
We work to keep ChartArrow available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of market data. We may change features, limits or prices; price changes for existing subscribers are announced in advance by email.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, ChartArrow is provided as is, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
